We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, testimonials, and educational content.
- Create engaging videos with captions, transitions, music, effects, and suitable graphics.
- Ensure videos follow the brand's visual style and quality standards.
- Edit before-and-after and treatment-related content appropriately and professionally.
- Create multiple versions of content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

2. Content Creation

- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Plan and create daily/weekly content for the clinic's social media platforms.
- Shoot videos and photos using mobile phones or professional cameras as required.
- Create content featuring treatments, services, products, staff, client experiences, and educational topics.
- Develop strong hooks and concepts that encourage viewers to watch, engage, and enquire.

3. Social Media Content

- Create a consistent content calendar.
- Produce Reels, Stories, posts, promotional creatives, and other digital content.
- Identify relevant trends, sounds, formats, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve reach, engagement, and enquiries.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

4. Creative & Brand Responsibilities

- Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, logos, messaging, and overall presentation.




- Ensure all content is professional, visually appealing, and appropriate for the brand.
- Maintain organized folders for raw footage, edited videos, graphics, and final content.
- Take initiative in suggesting new creative ideas and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Strong video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, transitions, sound, and storytelling.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and captions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresher to 1year experience in video editing, content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience creating content for beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, lifestyle, or similar brands is an advantage.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be expected to:

- Deliver content according to the agreed content calendar.
- Maintain consistent quality and brand standards.
- Produce engaging and creative short-form videos.
- Meet assigned deadlines.
- Contribute ideas for increasing social media reach and engagement.
- Track and improve content performance based on social media insights

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
