Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions within the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of manufacturing functions, engineering profiles, technical skills, and shop-floor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and technical JDs from hiring managers and department heads.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Recruit candidates for engineering, production, quality, maintenance, manufacturing, and shop-floor positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, salary, location, and notice period.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with the concerned departments.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, offer, and joining process.
- Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.
- Coordinate with HR, Plant Heads, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Support bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates.
- Build and maintain a database of skilled manufacturing and engineering professionals.

- Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

MBA/PGDM in HR or experience in technical recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive Technical Recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting for plant, factory, production, quality, maintenance, and engineering functions.
- Strong candidate sourcing and database-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with tight hiring timelines.
- Good coordination skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
