HR Research & Strategy Associate (AI Tools Knowledge)

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy HR Research & Strategy Associate with a robust knowledge of AI tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers, conducting in-depth research about the industry and AI tools for interviews and reports. This role involves HR recruitment for campus walk-in drives targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates, as well as preparing presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and AI tools.
- Analyze data to provide insights for HR strategies and reporting.
- HR Recruitment:
- Manage campus recruitment drives for Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates.
- Coordinate with universities and colleges for engagement and recruitment activities.
- Presentation & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports based on research findings.
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Coordination & Planning:
- Plan and initiate campus engagement drives.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful execution of recruitment strategies.
- Market Research:




- Conduct market research as required to support HR initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in HR and AI.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR research or strategy roles.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes.
- Excellent research capabilities with a keen analytical mindset.
- Proficient in preparing presentations and reports with strong communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
