We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with at least 6 months of experience to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, and support business development activities.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Provide regular updates on call status and lead progress.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.




- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintaining records.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple customer calls and follow-ups.
- Tamil and English communication is required.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada will be an advantage.
