Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in Compensation configuration, data preparation, validation, testing and deployment. The consultant will support global compensation rollouts, acquisitions and annual compensation cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure SuccessFactors Compensation Templates and worksheets.
- Configure:
- - Compensation Templates
- Form Designs
- Eligibility Rules
- Guidelines
- Salary/merit increases
- Bonus and incentive plans
- Currency
- Route Maps
- Workflow
- Validation rules
- Business Rules

- Support integration with Employee Central.
- Perform employee compensation data transfer and validation.
- Validate compensation history and current compensation information.
- Support rollout and acquisition projects .
- Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.




- Support compensation cycle configuration and testing.
- Develop and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios.
- Troubleshoot worksheet, eligibility, calculation and data issues.
- Support RBP and compensation-specific permissions.
- Perform production validation after deployment.
- Support annual compensation cycle activities and hypercare.
- Prepare configuration documents and test evidence.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong hands-on Compensation configuration .
- Experience with compensation worksheets and templates.
- Good understanding of Employee Central integration.
- Experience with compensation data migration/validation.
- Experience with RBP and role/permission troubleshooting .
- Experience in rollout/acquisition projects.
- Robust Excel and data-analysis skills.
