Industry: Retail Garment Store

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Experience : Minimum 2 Years above

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Hiring & Recruitment

Employee Induction & Onboarding

On-Roll Employee Management

PF & ESIC Related Activities

Shop & Establishment Compliance

Advanced Excel Knowledge

HRMS Software Handling

Preparing & Maintaining HR and Staff Reports

Attendance & Employee Records Management

Regular Store Visits for HR Activities & Staff Coordination

Day-to-Day HR Operations & Documentation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

HR experience in Retail / Garment / Store industry preferred

Positive communication and coordination skills

Strong knowledge of Excel & HRMS

Knowledge of PF, ESIC & statutory compliance

Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
