We are looking for an experienced RFP / Bid Manager who understands the world of digital learning and eLearning and enjoys turning complex client requirements into clear, practical and winning proposals.

You will be involved from the time an RFP comes in until the final proposal is submitted—and, where required, you will also be part of client presentations and bid defense discussions.

This is primarily a pre-sales, solutioning and bid management role. It is not a software development or course-authoring production role.

We are looking for someone who can understand the technical side of digital learning, work out the right solution, estimate the effort and cost, and present the solution confidently to the client.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs and RFQs and identify what the client is really looking for.
- Take ownership of the complete proposal process, from requirement analysis to final submission.
- Write proposals, executive summaries, solution approaches, methodologies and compliance responses.
- Work out digital learning solutions using technologies such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Lectora, ePub3, SCORM, xAPI and cmi5.
- Build solutions around digital accessibility, including WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508 and EN 301 549.
- Understand accessibility audits, VPAT requirements and testing approaches involving tools such as WAVE, axe, PAC, NVDA and JAWS.
- Look for opportunities to use AI, GenAI, LLMs, automation and AI-assisted localization to improve delivery time and cost.
- Prepare detailed LOE and WBS estimates, resource plans, pricing models and commercial proposals.
- Use Excel to build estimation models, bid calculators and different pricing scenarios.
- Use basic Python,



VBA/Macros or Google Apps Script where automation can make the bid process easier.
- Create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations for client discussions.
- Participate in client discovery calls, clarification meetings, presentations and bid defense sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure proposals are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
- Manage bid activities and timelines using Smartsheet or similar tools.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in RFP, bid or proposal management.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning, digital learning, EdTech or digital content projects.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, MCA or a related technical field.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable talking to clients and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the digital learning ecosystem.
- Experience with effort estimation, costing, pricing and commercial proposals.
- Robust Excel skills and the ability to work with complex estimation models.
- Good PowerPoint skills—you should be comfortable turning a solution into a clear presentation.
- Basic understanding of scripting or automation using Python, VBA or Google Apps Script.
- Working knowledge of WCAG/accessibility, LMS, SCORM/xAPI/cmi5 and digital learning technologies.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

- APMP or a similar bid/proposal management certification.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with accessibility tools and screen readers.
- Experience using AI/GenAI in digital learning or content development.
- Understanding of LMS integrations, LTI, REST APIs or similar technologies.

Pay: ₹70,134.93 - ₹120,610.35 per month
