Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing staff, developing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily branch operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team.
- Set and achieve sales, revenue, and business targets.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review branch performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the head office and other departments.
- Identify new business opportunities and support branch growth.
