Your day-to-day role involves three simple operational tasks:
1. Introduce Your Network: Connect your existing, trusted pool of active Insurance Advisors, Agents, or POSPs to our marketplace platform.
2. Guide & Mentor: Collaborate with Beshak Team & show your advisors how this platform can help grow their business & help onboard on platform.
3. Review Progress: Hold casual, brief check-ins with your top-performing advisors to make sure they are utilizing the tools and increasing business
- Note: You are not required to do direct retail selling, cold calling, or customer acquisition yourself. Your focus is strictly network enablement.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
