We are hiring a Media Buyer to manage and scale our Google Ads campaigns for fast-growing D2C brands. This role involves handling performance budgets, optimizing campaigns daily, and driving measurable revenue growth through structured execution. Key Responsibilities

● Plan, launch, and manage creative content based on Google Ads/Meta Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, YouTube) analysis.

● Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions

● Conduct keyword research and search term analysis

● Improve campaign structure and manage negative keywords

● Work on product feed optimization

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

● Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining cost control

Requirements

● 2-3 Hands-on experience with Google Ads/Meta Ads and dashboard analysis





● Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.)

● Basic knowledge of conversion tracking & analytics

● Strong analytical and decision-making skills

● Ability to work onsite and take ownership of performance

● Coordinate with marketing team for creative suggestions based on market analysis
