We provide end-to-end solutions including Civil Works, Interior Fit-Outs, MEP, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Furniture, and Project Management.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who can independently manage sourcing, vendor development, negotiations, procurement planning, and material supply for multiple projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete procurement activities for turnkey interior fit-out projects.
- Source materials from approved vendors at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
- Float RFQs, prepare Comparative Statements (CS), negotiate commercial terms, and finalize Purchase Orders.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across India.
- Procure materials for:
- Civil Works
- Interior Fit-Out
- Furniture & Joinery
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Fire Fighting Systems
- CCTV & ELV
- Plumbing
- Hardware
- Coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Accounts, and Site Teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Monitor procurement budgets and achieve cost optimization.
- Maintain vendor performance records and procurement documentation.




- Handle logistics and dispatch coordination for PAN India projects.
- Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with Accounts for vendor payments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out materials.
- Experience in procurement of MEP services.
- Vendor development and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ and construction drawings.
- Purchase Order preparation.
- Comparative Statement (CS) preparation.
- Material planning.
- Cost control.
- Inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- ERP/Procurement software knowledge preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
- Diploma/B.E. Civil preferred

Salary

₹4,80,000 – ₹5,40,000 CTC per annum (Negotiable based on experience, skills, and current compensation.)
