Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage manpower, shift planning, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, raw materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and effective functioning of machinery.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and MIS reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate factory personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
