Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

Time:9.00am to 6.00pm

10.30am to 7.30 pm

11:00 to 8:00pm

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations, dispense medicines safely, assist customers with medication-related queries, and maintain proper inventory and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately as per prescriptions.

* Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, and medication instructions.

* Explain proper usage, dosage, precautions, and storage of medicines to customers.

* Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards.

* Maintain adequate stock levels and monitor expiry dates.

* Receive, check, and properly store medicines and pharmaceutical products.

* Maintain records of purchases, sales, controlled medicines, and stock movements.

* Handle billing and pharmacy-related transactions when required.

* Coordinate with doctors, healthcare staff,



suppliers, and customers.

* Monitor and remove expired or damaged medicines from active stock.

* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage conditions in the pharmacy.

* Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation.

* Provide qualified and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

* B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.

* Valid pharmacist registration as required by applicable regulations.

* Previous retail pharmacy experience is preferred.

* Good knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy practices.

* Basic computer and billing-system knowledge.
