Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, purchases, and sales.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Assist in salary/payroll accounting and related records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in handling complete accounting processes.
- Familiarity with GST returns and TDS calculations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
- Good knowledge of Excel formulas and financial reporting.
