Cyptrix RCM is hiring Junior Medical Coders for our Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) medical coding operations.

This is an opportunity for freshers and junior medical coders who want to build a career in Risk Adjustment and Healthcare RCM.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and clinical documentation.

- Identify relevant diagnoses from patient records.

- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on documentation and coding guidelines.

- Learn and apply Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) coding guidelines.

- Maintain required quality and productivity standards.

- Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement activities.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and data-security standards.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of medical coding experience can apply.

- B.Pharm, B.Sc Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or related healthcare backgrounds preferred.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- CPC / CRC / CCS certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work from Office – Champapet, Hyderabad

Candidates must be willing to work from the office and attend a face-to-face interview at our Champapet location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
