Job Description – Accounts Manager
- Manage daily accounting operations, billing and financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare periodic MIS and financial reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, credit control and outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, shipping lines and internal departments.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely account closure.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Must be a graduate with at least five years of accounting experience in the shipping industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
