Music & Dance Teacher – Job Description
- Teach music and dance to students according to the school curriculum and activity programs.
- Plan and conduct engaging music, dance, and performing arts sessions.
- Train students for school functions, competitions, cultural programs, and events.
- Teach basic music concepts, rhythm, vocal/instrumental skills, and appropriate dance techniques.
- Encourage students to develop creativity, confidence, coordination, and stage presence.
- Assess students’ participation and progress in music and dance activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive, inclusive learning workplace.
- Coordinate with teachers and school management for performances and cultural events.
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Music, Dance, Performing Arts, or a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Prior teaching or performance experience is an advantage.
