We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Recruiter & Generalist to join our human resources team.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies. You will also ensure a positive candidate experience and promote our employer brand.

As an HR generalist you will be responsible to support HR department in ensuring smooth and productive business operations. The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Experience : 1 - 3 Yrs

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings
- Source and screen candidates using various online channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit
- Coordinate hiring activities, such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics




- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment

Mandatory Requirements:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT) in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Familiarity with labour laws and regulations
