Job Summary
The Staff Nurse will support clinical operations and healthcare delivery under the project by assisting in patient care, screenings, medication administration, nursing records, and camp support. The role is intended to ensure that beneficiaries receive quality nursing care and that the medical team is effectively supported during camp and outreach activities.
Key Accountabilities
· Assist the Medical Officer during consultations, camps, and outreach programs.
· Conduct basic health screening such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and other vitals.
· Administer prescribed medications and injections as per medical advice.
· Maintain nursing registers, patient records, and related documentation.
· Support immunization, preventive care, and health awareness activities.
· Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safe nursing practices.
· Assist in patient flow management during camps and health activities.
· Coordinate with the field team for beneficiary tracking and follow-up.
· Provide first-level nursing support in community and project settings.
· Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.
