Job description:

Job Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Newai / Malpura / Haryana
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Industry Preference: Biofuels / Rnewable Energy / Manufacturing
CTC: ₹2–3.5 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to manage day-to-day plant operations at our locations in Newai, Malpura, or Haryana. The role will involve supervising workers and field activities, coordinating plant operations, monitoring work progress, maintaining reports, and making regular field/site visits. The ideal candidate should have good communication and team-management skills and be comfortable with travel. Experience in plant, site, or field operations is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and activities at our plant/site.
- Supervise field staff, workers,



and daily work assignments.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor work progress and site activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per required quality and timelines.
- Coordinate with the plant, operations, and management teams.
- Maintain daily records, reports, attendance, and work updates.
- Identify and resolve routine field/site-level issues.
- Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Follow company safety, operational, and reporting procedures.
- Travel between plant/site locations as required.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in field supervision, plant operations, site supervision, or a related role.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for regular field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Candidates with experience in plant/site operations will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in Newai, Malpura, or Haryana locations can apply.

Compensation & Perks:

- Annual CTC: ₹2 – 3.5 LPA (commensurate with experience & skills).
