Job Overview

Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited is hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) for a banking sales and customer relationship role.

The selected candidates will interact with customers through digital channels and calls, understand their banking requirements, provide suitable solutions, and promote relevant banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with assigned customers through calls and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Promote digital banking services and solutions.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as Cards, Assets, TPP and other financial products.
- Identify sales opportunities from the assigned customer portfolio.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships.




- Maintain accurate customer interaction details in CRM systems.
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely CRM updates.
- Follow banking policies, compliance requirements and internal guidelines.
- Focus on customer retention and overall customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream.
- B.Tech/BE candidates are not eligible.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience: 0–3 years.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable with banking sales and targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.

Along with English, candidates should be proficient in any one of the following:

- Hindi
- Tamil
