Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per menu and guest preferences
- Managing stock, garnishes, glassware, and maintaining bar mise-en-place
- Interacting with guests professionally and engagingly at the bar counter
- Following all hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Supporting the Head Bartender in inventory checks, vendor coordination, and events
- Participating in internal tastings, trainings, and bar menu experiments
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
