Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth functioning, safety, and upkeep of the healthcare facility, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.

* Attend to day-to-day maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.

* Perform preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.

* Check and maintain lights, switches, sockets, wiring, power points, and other electrical installations.

* Handle basic plumbing work, including leakage, drainage, taps, and water supply issues.

* Monitor and coordinate maintenance of ACs, generators, UPS, elevators, and other facility equipment.

* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC services.

* Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

* Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and as per healthcare facility standards.

* Immediately report major breakdowns, safety hazards, or technical issues to the reporting manager.





* Support emergency maintenance requirements whenever necessary.

* Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of maintenance areas and tools.

* Follow all safety, infection-control, and facility protocols applicable to the healthcare environment.

Qualification

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical trade.

* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.

Experience

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, hotel, commercial building, or similar facility maintenance.

* Experience in a healthcare facility will be preferred.

Required Skills

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

* Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.

* Good coordination with vendors and internal teams.

* Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Conditions

* Willingness to work on weekends/holidays or in emergencies when required.

* May need to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside regular working hours.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
