Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Welcome: Warmly greet patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Communication: Answer phone calls professionally and reply to messages/inquiries promptly.
- Scheduling: Book and confirm doctor appointments efficiently.
- Data Entry: Enter patient details accurately into the computer system.
- Office Management: Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

- Education:



Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge is required (Typing, Email, Basic Data Entry).
- Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
