Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with excellent English communication skills to handle customer calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain services, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into appointments or potential customers.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for customer requirements.

Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Good Tamil communication is an added advantage.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
