Job Title: Field Recruiter – NAPS & NEEM

Job Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end field recruitment and onboarding of NAPS & NEEM apprentices, including candidate sourcing, registration, documentation, joining formalities, and deployment to respective departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through field recruitment, local networking, referrals, colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, job fairs and employment drives.
- Conduct recruitment drives and coordinate with educational institutions for campus placements.
- Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for NAPS & NEEM programs.
- Handle NAPS/NEEM registration, documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection and joining.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers and joining records.
- Coordinate offer/joining documentation, bank account, Aadhaar, education and other required documents.
- Issue and maintain records of T-shirts, safety shoes and other joining kits/PPE.
- Coordinate with respective departments for deployment and handing over of newly joined apprentices.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates from selection until joining and deployment.
- Build solid relationships with colleges, ITIs,



training institutes, local communities and employment agencies.
- Support walk-in drives, mass hiring campaigns and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely joining against manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to HR.
- Support apprentice attendance, retention and basic employee engagement activities whenever required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong field networking and candidate mobilization ability.
- Knowledge of NAPS & NEEM apprenticeship processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct recruitment drives independently.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and recruitment portals.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
- Freshers with strong communication and field networking skills may also be considered.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR / BBA / relevant qualification
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, field hiring, apprentice hiring or manpower mobilization preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
