Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Foundation (Must-Have)

✅ B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)

✅ CCTV, NVR & their networking to understand client communications

✅ Basic understanding for IOT Hardware parts, e.g., boombarrier , fastag reader, Access Control, Visitor Management, etc.

✅ Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (Cloud, Networking, Servers)

✅ Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Advanced Excel preferred

✅ Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Good written and verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)

✅ Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills ( Nice to have )

6 months + experience in IT Sales , Solution , Technical Support.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM)

Basic certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA

Working knowledge of any programming language (Python, Java)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
