What You’ll Do

- Flexibly respond to the customer’s queries or concerns through email, chat, or call.
- Record all the customer complaints and commentaries in our support systems appropriately.
- Refer detailed problems to the correct departments or workers for handling.

What We’re Looking For

- The ability to communicate effectively both, orally and in writing.
- Applause and understanding when it comes to customers’ complaints.
- Volatility in handling multiple jobs in a complex working setting.
