Voraco Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration.
This is a hands-on role for someone organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of HR processes, employee coordination, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR files and documentation.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave and regularisation processes through HRMS.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance and HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR letters, employee documents and reports.
- Provide payroll inputs and coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Recruitment
- Coordinate recruitment for various positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Coordinate reference checks and background verification.
- Manage joining formalities for selected candidates.
Employee Engagement
- Handle routine employee HR queries.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal events.
- Support employee communication, training and HR initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, professional and disciplined work environment.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, pantry and other requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping and maintenance agencies.
- Monitor office facilities and ensure timely resolution of administrative issues.
- Maintain administrative records and expense trackers.
- Support management with various administrative requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / HR Operations / Administration.
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with HRMS and attendance systems preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
