Job Overview

ZenTara Productions is looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding their requirements, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant services.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales and creative teams when required.
- Meet monthly lead conversion and sales targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Robust follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
