Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Sales & Collections Executive who is confident in handling students/ IRA customers, driving payment closures, and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should be a hardcore sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and objection-handling skills. You will primarily be responsible for converting seat bookings into full-payment closures and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage students/customers who have completed seat booking/initial payment and drive them toward full payment. About
- Make regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to close pending payments.
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads and outstanding collections until payment closure.
- Understand customer requirements, identify objections, and effectively communicate the value of Ira Skills'programs.




- Handle pricing, payment-related objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Drive hardcore sales and revenue closures while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of payment status, follow-ups, commitments, and collections.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding after payment completion.
- Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure commitments are converted into actual collections.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant programs where applicable.
- Prepare regular reports on collections, pending payments, conversion rates, and follow-up status.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers while ensuring timely revenue realization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
