Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executives to join our team for Credit Card Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining credit card products, generating leads, and converting them into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for credit card sales.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card options.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility

- Education: *10th Pass / *12th Pass / Graduate – Any Stream
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Good communication skills and convincing ability.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls.
- Sales/telecalling experience in banking, credit cards, loans, insurance, or financial services will be an added advantage.
