Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Interior Design & Sales Executive who understands both commercial interior design and client conversion.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, suggest suitable design solutions, coordinate proposals and presentations, conduct client meetings and convert qualified enquiries into commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries for commercial interior projects.
- Understand client requirements, budget, space and project expectations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
- Develop and present suitable interior design concepts and solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team for layouts, concepts, 3D visualizations and presentations.
- Prepare and explain proposals, quotations and project scope to clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate professionally and work towards successful project closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the pre-sales and design stages.




- Coordinate with design, estimation and execution teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales status.
- Work towards assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

Commercial interior industry experience is mandatory.

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design, interior sales or design & sales.
- Experience dealing with corporate offices, commercial workplaces, retail or similar fit-out projects.
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes and commercial interior execution.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand drawings, layouts and design presentations.
- Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client budgets and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Professional personality with a client-focused approach.
- Target-oriented and comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization or other interior design software will be an advantage.

Candidates who can combine design understanding + strong sales ability + commercial interior knowledge will be preferred.

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on relevant commercial interior experience, design knowledge and sales capabilities.
