- GeM & Tender Management: Independently manage the GeM portal, identify relevant business opportunities, and ensure timely submission of government tenders and bids.
- Marketplace Management: List and update Admire Paints' product catalogs across GeM and other B2B digital platforms with accurate specifications and pricing.
- Order Fulfillment: Process online orders, coordinating with production, accounts, and logistics teams to track everything from dispatch to successful delivery.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bids, orders, deliveries, and payments, along with weekly/monthly performance reports.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on, practical experience with the GeM portal, e-Procurement online bidding, and digital product listings.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, MS Excel proficiency, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in paints, construction materials, or B2B manufacturing sectors.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
