Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment & joining targets.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and vacancy closures.
- Complete joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearance, F&F;, relieving and experience letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Experience in target-based recruitment.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
- Candidates with manufacturing/automotive/industrial recruitment experience preferred.
