Immigration Lead Generation Specialist – Remote

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Compensation: Commission-Based / Performance-Based

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Immigration Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential immigration clients, initiate conversations, qualify leads and generate appointments for our Immigration Sales Team.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in lead generation, telecalling, appointment setting, immigration services, education consulting, sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through online platforms, social media, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Identify individuals who may be interested in immigration, visa or related services.
- Initiate conversations through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Understand basic client requirements and determine whether the lead is qualified.
- Collect essential information from potential clients.
- Schedule consultations with the Immigration Sales Team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records.




- Work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements

- Previous experience in lead generation, telecalling, appointment setting or sales preferred.
- Immigration, visa, education or international recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with prospective clients.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Must be available 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.

Compensation

Commission-Based / Performance-Based.

Your earning potential will be directly linked to your performance and qualified leads/appointments generated.
