The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable planning a content calendar, writing a strong reel hook, content production, publishing posts, engaging with communities and analysing what is working.

Key Responsibility

- You will own the day-to-day social media management and content execution for the founder of the company and build contact for her as a leading voice in Image Management, Personal Branding, Professional Presence and Soft Skills.
- Convert founders expertise, opinions and experiences into engaging social content.
- Identify opportunities for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories and thought-leadership content.
- Develop strong hooks, captions and content concepts.
- Stay updated with relevant social media trends and identify which trends can authentically fit founders personal brand.
- Build community through comments, conversations, DMs and audience engagement.
- Track content performance and continuously improve the content strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic visual design collaboration, and short-form video or reel production.




- Experience in social media management and content planning, including scheduling, posting, and maintaining a content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic use of design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile video editing apps).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in education, fashion, image consulting, or personal branding domains is a plus, along with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a dynamic academic setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
