Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager with strong experience in US Freight Brokerage / US Logistics.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Freight Brokerage/Operations team, driving productivity and business targets, ensuring smooth operations, and improving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, supervise, and motivate the Freight Brokerage/Operations team.
- Drive daily and monthly shipment, productivity, revenue, and business targets.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, productivity, and operational activities.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of US Freight Brokerage operations.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and business results.
- Handle and resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5–6+ years of relevant experience in US Freight Brokerage / US Logistics / International Logistics.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong knowledge of US Freight Brokerage operations and industry practices.
- Experience managing Freight Brokers, Logistics Coordinators, or Operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve team productivity and business targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US working hours/night shifts.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with FTL / LTL / OTR / Truckload operations.
- Carrier and customer management experience.
- Experience in KPI-driven environments.
- Proven track record of improving team productivity and achieving revenue/business targets.
