Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and track company vehicles through GPS/vehicle tracking systems.
- Monitor vehicle movement, delays, route deviations, and stoppages.
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for vehicle status updates.
- Follow up on delayed, stopped, or deviated vehicles.
- Maintain accurate vehicle and trip tracking records.
- Prepare daily operations and vehicle tracking reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.




- Handle other operations-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Any Degree is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shift-based / rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Interest in logistics and transportation operations is preferred.
