Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with relevant experience in the Solar Industry to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Source and evaluate vendors for solar-related materials and components.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and project schedules.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and procurement reports.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in the Solar Industry.
- Good knowledge of solar materials, components, and related procurement processes.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and purchase-related documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement requirements.

Location: Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹108.80 - ₹371.92 per day
