Telecaller – Real Estate | Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Chennai | Experience: 1–3 Years | Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives

- Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain residential projects, location, pricing, offers, and USPs to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, lead generation & site-visit targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, convincing ability, customer handling & target orientation.




- Languages: Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass; Real Estate / Pre-Sales experience preferred.
