Piping Supervisor – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily piping installation activities at site.
- Handle utility piping, sanitary piping and related mechanical piping works.
- Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors and workers.
- Ensure piping installation is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for daily activities.
- Check pipe routing, supports, alignment, levels and installation quality.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and testing activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with HSE requirements.




- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager/Mechanical Manager.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Piping Engineering preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant piping site experience, preferably in industrial/factory projects.
- Experience in utility piping, sanitary piping and mechanical installation.
- Ability to read piping drawings and isometric drawings.
- Good manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of site safety requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
