Job Description – Sales Engineer (Exports)

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Engineers – Exports to join our team at Tritorc’s Thane office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage in international business operations, manage global customer accounts, and support export activities across multiple regions.
As part of the export sales team, you will contribute to expanding Tritorc’s global footprint by identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure smooth
Key Responsibilities:
International Sales & Business Development:-
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Support global sales strategies and achieve export sales targets.
Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and direct outreach to prospective overseas customers, distributors, agents, and business partners.
Visit international markets/regions whenever required to meet prospective and existing customers, understand market requirements, develop relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Represent the company at customer meetings, business discussions, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other industry events as required.
Customer Relationship Management :-
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and deliver technical presentations.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, online meetings, and face-to-face meetings to develop business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
Coordinate with international customers to understand their requirements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Lead Generation :-
Perform research on target markets, competitors, industry trends, and customer segments.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach,



digital platforms, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and market visits.
Identify potential customers, distributors, agents, and strategic business partners in assigned international regions.
Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect information in the CRM/system. Technical & Commercial Coordination :-
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Technical, and Documentation) to ensure timely execution of export orders.
Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, product presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
Follow up on quotations, samples, purchase orders, and customer requirements to support successful order conversion.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical, commercial, and delivery-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering products
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking
Willingness to interact with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Knowledge of the German language is mandatory (as per your requirement)
