Job Description – Product Manager

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA

Position: Product Manager

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Product Manager to join our pharmaceutical business. The candidate will be responsible for product planning, brand development, marketing strategy, market analysis, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products/brands.
- Prepare product-wise marketing plans, promotional activities, and communication strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning.
- Develop effective promotional inputs and marketing materials for the field sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand market requirements and improve product performance.
- Monitor product sales, growth, and market performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies for product growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Conduct product training and provide marketing support to the field team.




- Track customer/doctor feedback and market trends to improve brand performance.
- Manage product budgets and ensure effective utilisation of marketing resources.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management will be an added advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and product promotion.
- Good analytical, communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple products/activities.
- Candidates with experience in General, GP/CP, or Pediatric segments will be preferred.
