We are looking for a highly skilled, creative Frontend Developer specializing in Next.js and advanced web animations. Your primary immediate responsibility will be leading the strategic migration of our existing React.js project over to Next.js to boost our performance, SEO, and user experience.

Beyond the migration, you will be our go-to expert for crafting immersive, visually stunning digital experiences. If you have a passion for pixel-perfect designs, fluid motions, and interactive 3D elements, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Migration: Lead the architectural shift, refactoring, and seamless conversion of our current React.js application into a modern Next.js framework.

Creative Frontend Development: Design and build high-performance web experiences using Next.js (App Router, Server Components, and optimized rendering).

Immersive Animations: Implement high-end micro-interactions, smooth transitions, and complex timelines using Framer Motion, GSAP, and Anime.js.3D Integration: Develop and optimize interactive 3D web elements utilizing Three.js (and React Three Fiber).

Performance Optimization:



Ensure all heavy animations and 3D graphics run seamlessly at 60 FPS while maintaining exceptional Core Web Vitals.

Cross-Framework Collaboration: Maintain and occasionally interface with auxiliary systems built on Vue.js.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Frameworks: professional experience with React.js and deep production-level expertise with Next.js.Animation Expertise: Proven experience using creative libraries, specifically Framer Motion, GSAP (GreenSock), and Anime.js.

3D Web Graphics: Strong working knowledge of Three.js for rendering graphics on the web.

Alternative Frameworks: Comfortable reading, understanding, or migrating code from Vue.js.

Languages & Styling: Expert proficiency in JavaScript and contemporary utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

Migration Experience: Prior experience moving production codebases from standard React (CRA/Vite) to Next.js is highly preferred.
