- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads
- Understand client profile and give honest, profile-based visa advice
- Recommend only realistic visa options (no false promises)
- Clearly explain service scope, timelines, and transparent fee structure
- Convert genuine inquiries into paid clients
- Follow up with leads and close sales professionally
- Maintain lead data and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with backend team after successful conversion
- Act as a brand ambassador of IndoWorld Visa and Education Services
