We are currently looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced Hostel Warden to join our residential team and help us maintain a secure, home-like atmosphere for our students.

Job Summary The Hostel Warden plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, discipline, and overall well-being of our resident students. You will be responsible for managing daily hostel operations, resolving student issues, and fostering a supportive community.

Campus Stay & Leave Policy Please note that as a primary guardian for our students, frequent off-campus outings are not permitted during the academic term to ensure continuous supervision and safety. However, the warden is fully entitled to scheduled vacation as per the school's holiday calendar.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, maintaining a secure and caring environment.
- Student Supervision: Monitor student attendance, enforce hostel rules,



and ensure strict discipline is maintained.
- Well-Being & Support: Address student concerns promptly and provide a supportive presence for residents.
- Mess Coordination: Manage mess and meal schedules, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are met.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all hostel facilities.
- Communication: Engage proactively with parents and coordinate effectively with hostel staff and school administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass required.
- Experience: 2+ years of compulsory experience in hostel management, warden duties, or a similar caregiving/supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a compassionate yet firm approach to student discipline.
- Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
