Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, events, and other business-development activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
