We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch staff to do our branch operations at Ernakulam Region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the NBFC or financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving business goals while ensuring superior customer service.

Vacant Branches: Kalady, Banerji Road, Pallimukku, Palarivattom,Udayamperoor, Muvattupuzha, Fort Kochi, Kakkanad etc.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
- Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics
