Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify job opportunities for students.

Coordinate and organize job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.

Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

Conduct individual and group career counseling sessions.

Track and monitor student placement data and employment outcomes.

Collaborate with academic departments to integrate career readiness into the curriculum.

Update and maintain job placement databases and career resources.

Provide ongoing support to students throughout their job search process.

Create promotional materials to market the placement services to potential employers.

Stay informed about job market trends and emerging industries.
